Job summary

Majestic Steel USA seeks a Plant Manager to lead and optimize our service center operations in the US. You will drive strategic direction, cost control, and continuous improvement across multiple sites while maintaining a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.

The role requires experience in high-speed manufacturing, steel industry familiarity, and strong leadership to coach area managers and staff. Expect travel and the ability to work outside normal hours as needed.

Qualifications

• One to three years of plant manager experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Steel or manufacturing industry experience.
• Technologically savvy and experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to service center to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
• Safety Leadership: Provide visible leadership and accountability for maintaining a safe work environment and fostering a strong safety culture.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of area managers and staff at the service center.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols across multiple sites.
• Cost Control and Budgeting: Develop and manage annual budgets for each facility, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborate with customers and suppliers.
