Job summary

Global Search Network seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence across plant operations. You will partner with the Plant Director and RTT leadership to standardize practices, embed One Best Way, and coach frontline teams to own improvements.

You will guide governance, share best practices across pods, and build capability through hands-on coaching while maintaining a strong safety culture and focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to take accountability for shift or line performance.
• Experience as a lead operator or frontline leadership role.
• Familiarity with daily management systems (DDS, tier meetings).
• Knowledge of continuous improvement, IWS, or Lean concepts.
• Demonstrated coaching ability and actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Partner with RTT Execution to standardize practice within the plant.
• Coordinate with RTT Managers to share best practices across plants.
• Coach line teams to empower decision-making and ownership.
• Lead governance of the One Best Way program with leadership.
• Incorporate RTT standards and drive alignment on priorities.
• Integrate RTT methodologies into daily operations.
• Deliver in-plant initiatives and develop standards.
• Build plant capability through coaching and training.
• Foster safety and operational excellence culture.
