Job summary

Maker's Pride in Front Royal, VA is seeking a skilled Plant Manager to manage our co-manufacturing operations. You will lead plant operations, ensuring efficient production, safety, and quality standards are maintained.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably managing a large team. We offer a competitive salary range from $141,436 to $212,154/year and a comprehensive benefits package from day one.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing a 350+ employee facility is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.
