Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in plastic injection molding or advanced manufacturing.
• Expertise in scientific molding (RJG/Decoupled processing) and mold design.
• Experience with regulated manufacturing environments (ISO 13485, FDA, ITAR).
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement background.
• Experience with automation, assembly operations, and scaling production.
• Financial acumen with experience managing plant-level performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and execution in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Ensure effective plant layout, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Drive implementation of layered process audits and operational standards.
• Develop and execute the site’s annual operations strategy and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Lead adoption of automation, advanced manufacturing technologies, and scalability solutions.
• Own customer experience from project release through final shipment.
• Partner with Quality to ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and regulatory standards.
• Support feasibility assessments and provide technical leadership on new business opportunities.
• Ensure effective CAPA and root cause analysis processes.
