Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading manufacturing/fulfillment teams.
• Experience owning budgets, productivity programs, and cost-improvement roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations for Lighting Panels, including receiving, fabrication, assembly, warehouse, shipping, and fulfillment center activities.
• Own daily and long-term site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Manage site P&L, operating budget, productivity plan, and cost-improvement roadmap for a ~$275M revenue business with ~215 employees.
