Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience leading large teams of managers, supervisors, engineers, and technical staff.
• Ownership of budgets, productivity programs, and cost improvement roadmaps.
• Lean manufacturing methods including standard work, daily management, and visual controls.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Quality, Maintenance, Environmental Health and Safety, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations for Lighting Panels (receiving, fabrication, assembly, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment).
• Own daily and long-term site performance on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory.
• Manage site profit and loss, budgets, productivity plans, and cost-improvement roadmaps.
• Develop the Focus Factory Manager, Fulfillment Center Manager, and other leaders.
• Set goals, review performance, remove barriers, and hold teams accountable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and PM.
