Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with manufacturing, operations, or supply chain leadership in a complex environment.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations for Lighting Panels (receiving, fabrication, assembly, warehouse, shipping, fulfillment).
• Own daily and long-term site performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and employee engagement.
• Manage site P&L, operating budget, productivity plan, and cost improvement roadmap for a business with substantial revenue and employees.
• Lead and develop the Focus Factory Manager, Fulfillment Center Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Lean Manager, and teams.
• Set clear goals, review performance, remove barriers, and hold leaders and teams accountable for results.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, HR, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, and Product Management to improve site execution.
• Apply lean methods, advanced manufacturing, and digital tools to improve flow, standard work, problem solving, and decision-making.
