Charter Next Generation is seeking a qualified leader to oversee production planning, scheduling and execution across our Lexington, OH facility. The role drives efficiency in resource use, budget adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives within a safety-focused manufacturing environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand.
• Ensure efficient utilization of resources to achieve production targets.
• Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making and performance metrics.
• Coach supervisors and team leads on problem-solving methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
