You will manage a multi-facility environment, champion lean initiatives, and mentor teams across shifts, ensuring compliant operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated track record implementing lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to hit production targets.
• Drive data-driven decisions with KPIs for productivity and waste reduction.
• Lead Kaizen events and 5S initiatives across the plant.
• Coach supervisors on problem-solving methodologies and processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional improvement teams and maintain standardization.
