Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering or technical field with progressive operations experience.
• Proven track record leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient computer literacy including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe work environment by enforcing regulatory safety rules and leading the Safety Committee.
• Ensure product quality by coordinating with Quality and addressing returns.
• Lead production teams to optimize staffing and improve OEE.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with Lean methods.
• Support customer satisfaction by coordinating with customers and projects.
• Develop and mentor team; drive learning and engagement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits adherence.
• Support profitability through budgeting and planning.
• Coordinate with planning, sales, and R&D to set priorities.
• Provide guidance and technical expertise across departments.
