Job summary

Autokiniton is seeking an Assistant Plant Manager to lead plant operations, drive safety, quality and productivity, and manage financial performance. You will mentor leaders, oversee budget, and coordinate with customers and suppliers to meet delivery goals and improve profitability.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing leadership, lean implementation, and experience in automotive framing and assembly, with excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; manufacturing/engineering/quality preferred.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years as Plant/Operations/Dept Manager in manufacturing; metals experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong experience in automotive frame manufacturing and assembly.
• Lean manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong business acumen to read financial data.
