Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies designs and manufactures custom machine bases for vibration-sensitive semiconductor production tools with facilities across the U.S. and world.

We seek a Plant Manager in Tualatin to lead production, maintenance, materials, inventory, quality, and logistics, while aligning with our leadership team on safety and continuous improvement. The role drives operational performance, growth initiatives, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years running a manufacturing plant.
• Proven track record building systems, processes, and scalable teams.
• Experience developing and managing operational budgets.
• Strong leadership and coaching, including developing supervisors.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including some international travel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Direct all factory operations, including production, maintenance, materials, inventory, and logistics.
• Set direction for training, continuous improvement, and manufacturing activities.
• Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, quality, and operational excellence.
• Lead initiatives that improve productivity, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and execute production plans meeting demand and forecasts.
• Own production schedules and ensure alignment with priorities.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and 5S.
