Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2+ years in machining/welding/steel manufacturing desired.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams and budgets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, efficient plant operations and on-time delivery of quality products.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, inventory, purchasing, and production control.
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement across the plant.
