10+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
Proven plant operations management expertise.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or CI methodologies.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing activities and optimize production processes.
Champion a safety-first culture and ensure quality compliance.
Develop managers and employees to foster accountability and engagement.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation and CI initiatives to boost productivity.
Establish and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Oversee budgets, operating expenses, and capital planning.
Support capacity expansion and operational readiness to meet business needs.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain and leadership to meet objectives.
