Job summary

Eternity Systems is a US-based manufacturer seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead operations in California. You will oversee production, distribution, warehousing, maintenance, inventory control, quality assurance, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in operations management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and safety/regulatory systems (ISO, SQF, HACCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, and profitability objectives.
• Lead, mentor, train, and develop plant personnel and management teams.
• Establish and manage production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Monitor costs and drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure equipment and facilities are maintained and operated safely.
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, purchasing, and shipping to optimize workflow.
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
• Analyze performance and pursue process improvements.
