SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in Michigan. You will lead production, maintenance, quality, and plant personnel to meet customer requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include managing safety, budget, schedules, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, engineering, and logistics. A strong background in Lean, 5S, and ERP/MRP is desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or related field preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience leading manufacturing or plant operations

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily plant operations to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Lead supervisors and employees for performance, attendance, and policy adherence
• Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety procedures and compliance
• Monitor production output, labor utilization, equipment performance, downtime and scrap for improvements
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment improvements to minimize downtime
• Manage plant operating expenses, labor costs, materials usage, and resources to meet financial goals
• Identify and implement Lean, 5S, and root-cause problem-solving improvements
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and supply chain to maintain inventory levels
