In this role, you will lead efforts in Lean Manufacturing and safety, manage profit and loss, and ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, with a strong background in team management, problem resolution, and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7-10 years in operations, maintenance, or process improvement roles.
• Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing to ISO quality standards.
