Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead the production department at our Franklin, TX site. You will drive manufacturing efficiency while meeting safety, environmental, and quality objectives, and collaborate with maintenance, QC, and process teams to align plant operations with company goals and customer demand.

The role requires decisive leadership, strong planning, and hands-on process improvement using Six Sigma and 5S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with lean tools and safety-focused operations.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead production, safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
• Develop SOPs and train staff; implement operations systems.
• Direct shift teams on safety, quality, schedule adherence and costs.
• Collaborate with QC to ensure product quality meets expectations.
• Use Six Sigma/5S to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop metrics and reporting to communicate results.
