Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or relevant experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Experience leading new product launches from concept through successful implementation.
• Medical device industry experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience with EPICOR or other commonly used MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Manufacturing, Maintenance, Shipping/Receiving, Production Control, and Engineering functions.
• Support multiple value streams to achieve operational excellence and on-time delivery.
• Monitor and improve production, asset capacity, and quality while minimizing costs.
