Job summary

Jobot is partnered with a global industrial manufacturer seeking a Plant Superintendent for its Concord, NH operation. You will lead manufacturing personnel, own production scheduling, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience with supervisory responsibilities, strong LEAN knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Some travel to other sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive manufacturing experience, supervisory/leadership track record.
• Experience in pulp & paper or related industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and direct manufacturing personnel across the plant.
• Own production scheduling and align activities with customer delivery requirements.
• Communicate schedules, capacity, and lead times with customer-facing teams.
