Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Safety regulations, quality management systems, and production planning.
• Budget management and cost control.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve production targets and cost efficiencies.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Manage plant budget, forecast expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
