Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing operations management.
• Knowledge of metal processing and fabricating preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Champion a safety-first culture.
• Control overhead costs and develop annual operating plans.
• Ensure plant compliance with corporate processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

Leadership in manufacturing operations management

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Education

4-year college degree or equivalent experience
