DiversiTech Corporation seeks a Plant Manager to oversee manufacturing operations across multiple Florida locations. The role focuses on safety, quality, delivery, and cost, with a strong emphasis on Lean and continuous improvement.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure on-time production of company products while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years leading a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Toyota Production System (or similar).
• Strong analytical, financial acumen and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervises all plant operations to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Reviews production reports to meet standards and fulfill orders.
• Leads S&OP processes including sales, inventory and operations planning.
• Oversees quality control and collects field feedback on product quality.
• Leads hiring, development and motivation of staff for operational excellence.
• Manages lean initiatives, daily management, Kaizen events and waste reduction.
• Ensures OSHA-compliant workplace and manages budget and cost of goods.
