Job summary

CapstoneONE Search is representing a Fortune 500 industrial manufacturer seeking a Plant Operations Manager to lead a 1,200+ employee, $1B operation. You will drive world class processes to improve KPI performance and deliverables, reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities include directing six direct reports, meeting manufacturing goals, and shaping departmental strategic plans with measurable outcomes. Metals manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required for consideration.
• 5+ years of Production/Operations Leadership experience within manufacturing.
• Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large manufacturing operation and a team of direct reports.
• Own production deliverables and budget responsibilities.
• Establish and monitor Production KPI's and deliverables.
• Drive process improvements and corrective actions across the plant.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and key measurable tracking.
