Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate plant operations across production, processing, quality, maintenance, warehousing, and safety.
• Establish production priorities to optimize efficiency, safety, and cost parameters.
• Review reports to identify non-conformities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and monitor KPI targets for safety, quality, productivity, and finances; drive CI culture.
• Lead recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development; manage budgets and audits.
