The program offers structured training to lead teams, drive performance, support financial objectives, and advance toward Plant Manager responsibilities, with travel for market assignments as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in fundamental math skills and interpreting rates, percentages, and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Train to oversee all departments for the facility, including production, sales, administration and distribution.
• Train to manage HR by hiring, terminating, and reassigning personnel.
• Review financials for accuracy and compare to budget; take actions as needed.
• Interact with customers to determine service needs and implement changes.
