Atlas Molded Products, a division of Atlas Roofing Corporation, seeks a Plant Manager for its Murray, Utah facility. The role leads safety, quality, and operations, ensuring KPI achievement and cost control while fostering a continuous improvement culture.

Candidate should have extensive manufacturing management experience, strong leadership, and ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Ten years of progressive manufacturing management experience.
• Five+ years direct supervisory experience with staff development and planning.
• Five+ years’ experience engaging employees and developing a strong safety culture.
• Experience with business financial statements, budgetary processes, and cost control.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for safety, product quality, culture/values, operational performance, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate plant operations to meet KPIs for safety, quality, and service while minimizing cost, inventory, and waste.
• Implement cost-effective control systems over capital, expenditures, manpower, and salaries.
• Champion safety and quality programs to maintain a zero-injury culture.
• Achieve profit objectives while meeting quality and delivery requirements at the lowest cost.
• Support Engineering with product improvements, new product development, and testing.
• Manage capital equipment selection, acquisition, and implementation; budget and long-range planning; maintenance and enhancements.
• Foster continuous improvement and develop direct reports; build ownership within the team.
