Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead a multi-area facility in Massachusetts. You will direct operations, set priorities, and drive improvements across production, quality, safety and efficiency while managing budgets and capital projects.

Lead a team through coaching and development, ensuring regulatory compliance and achievement of KPIs. Strong collaboration with customers and internal partners is required for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in leadership/management.
• Proven track record in quality, safety, service and cost improvements.
• Must read/write/speak English; familiarity with GMPs and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate plant operations across administration, production, QA, maintenance, warehousing, safety and environmental.
• Establish production priorities to optimize cost, safety and quality.
• Analyze reports to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, productivity and finances.
• Manage P&L awareness, budgets, and capital/expense planning.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with corporate, customer and regulatory requirements.
• Provide direction, mentoring and development for managers and staff.
