Job summary

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. seeks an experienced plant production leader to drive manufacturing operations with a strong focus on safety and quality. The role oversees supervisors, coordinates schedules, and champions continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and experience in food manufacturing. Spanish is a plus, and HACCP/Lean background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience working in the production department of a food manufacturing company.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• HACCP 101, Lean Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant production.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to meet KPIs.
• Train and coach supervisors to initiate disciplinary action and evaluate employee performance.
• Coordinate production schedule with required maintenance.
• Adhere to safe work practices, GMPs, and sanitary conditions.
