Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Experience working in the production department of a food manufacturing company.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
• HACCP 101, Lean Manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and healthy workplace; enforce safety policies.
• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant production.
• Implement continuous improvement to meet KPIs and CI meetings.
• Coach supervisors to meet productivity and financial KPIs.
• Coordinate production schedule with maintenance and ensure effectiveness.
