Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives and managing production performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of a manufacturing facility to ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality finished products.
Partner with Scheduling, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and other functions to optimize plant performance.
Develop and manage budgets, KPIs, and staffing to meet cost and service goals.
Drive continuous improvement, uphold food safety and regulatory compliance.
Provide leadership coverage in the absence of other plant leaders.
