• Ensures that employees are properly trained.
• Monitors output, cuts yields and scrap to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Monitors expenses for area of responsibility and initiates corrective action as required.
• Participates in the Safety Committee process and ensures compliance with OSHA policies.
