Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities of supervisors and staff to meet orders at lowest cost while upholding safety and quality.
• Analyze operations and metrics to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all operational activities.
• Report deficiencies to plant leadership and resolve issues.
• Lead safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

5 to 8 years experience in manufacturing

Supervisory or management experience

Certification and/or License may be required
