Job summary

ADM Twin Falls seeks an Assistant Superintendent to oversee daily safety, quality, and production operations. You will lead staff, support compliance with GMP, HACCP and FSMA, and coordinate with plant leadership to optimize production and performance.

The role requires supervising diverse teams, updating training, and maintaining efficient processes while ensuring safety and environmental rules are followed. This exempt, salary position offers growth within ADM’s manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production staff.
• Strong safety and environmental rule knowledge.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and FSMA requirements.
• Ability to supervise daily production activities and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Update policies, training, and permitting processes with leadership.
• Maintain safety and quality training for all facility colleagues.
• Supervise production staff in collaboration with Location Superintendent.
• Ensure GMP/HACCP/FSMA compliance and plant operations.
• Improve operations through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Review performance and assist in employee development.
• Coordinate production schedules with management and customers.
