The role blends hands-on production with team coordination, training, and performance feedback to meet production goals while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Starting pay is $23-$25 per hour plus PTO, benefits, and a safety-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant warehousing, material handling, and machining experience.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior machine operation experience preferred.
• Basic measurement skills and math calculations required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and ensures training and proper performance.
• Oversees day-to-day operations for a plant area.
• Leads group meetings with staff.
• Assists in hiring and staff development.
• Ensures staff are trained for their duties.
• Maintains safe, efficient production and quality.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards.
• Participate in safety meetings and continuous improvement.
