Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trades training preferred.
• 7 years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and safety-focused mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians; assign tasks and schedule preventive maintenance.
• Analyze downtime data to mitigate unplanned equipment failures.
• Oversee repairs, installations, and contractor work to spec.
• Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and optimize production.
• Ensure safety programs and regulatory compliance in the plant.
