Spring Gardens Oquirrth Mountain in Murray, UT is seeking a Plant Operations Director to oversee maintenance of the community’s physical plant, exteriors, and resident units. This is a hands-on leadership role working weekdays with on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical plant, exterior, and interior common areas and resident units.
• Complete work orders alongside team members in a timely manner.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, including painting, carpet cleaning, and pressure washing.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by following safety standards and coordinating with staff.
