You will lead Lean/DBS initiatives, perform root‑cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering, supervision, purchasing, and continuous improvement teams to develop data‑driven action plans and production

Qualifications

• B.S. in an engineering field is required.
• 3+ years in a related manufacturing/engineering role.
• Experience with DFM/DFA and tolerance analysis.
• Strong background in quality processes (FMEA, DOE, Failure Analysis).
• Experience with complex manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to support daily manufacturing operations and address gaps in documentation, process, and material flow.
• Lead Lean/DBS initiatives via Kaizens to achieve and sustain targeted performance; perform root-cause analysis and implement timely solutions.
• Research and implement advanced technology solutions to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Lead Time, Inventory, and Productivity.
• Coordinate with engineering, supervisors, purchasing, and CI teams to prioritize projects and resources.
• Oversee development of new processes, methods, and production controls; prepare operations manuals for equipment.
