Job summary

Talantir seeks a Director of Plant Operations to lead site operations with focus on safety, quality, on-time delivery and cost management. You will translate goals into KPI-driven actions, coach teams, and enable continuous improvement across manufacturing functions.

You will steward plant performance, champion change, and align efforts with corporate objectives while managing resources and promoting accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain or business administration; Master’s preferred.
• 10 years of operations experience in plant operations management and/or quality management.
• Proficient with OEE measurements and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations and drive KPI-based performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with multiple functions to plan, resource, and deliver products and projects.
• Develop and coach teams, manage performance, and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Oversee capital expenditures, material management, and productivity plans.
