Fountain View at Logan Square is seeking a Director of Plant Operations to lead facility maintenance and operational excellence across our healthcare sites in Pennsylvania.

You will oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality resident care. The role requires travel within the state and strong leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or plant operations within a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations; ability to interpret blueprints.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills in multi-site environments.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of facility maintenance and plant operations across assigned healthcare sites.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and applicable requirements.
• Oversee maintenance programs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general operations.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and facility plans.
• Support capital projects, renovations, and upgrades to maintain quality environments.
• Respond to emergencies and minimize disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with facility leadership to prioritize maintenance and ensure safe environments.
• Monitor facility performance, maintenance workflows, and compliance standards.
• Travel extensively within the state to conduct on-site inspections and provide support.

Responsibilities for Director Plant Operations:

• Provide leadership and oversight of facility maintenance and plant operations across assigned healthcare sites.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements.
• Oversee maintenance programs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and general building operations.
• Review and ensure proper interpretation of blueprints, technical drawings, and facility plans.
• Support capital improvement projects, renovations, and facility upgrades to maintain high-quality environments.
• Respond to and manage emergency facility issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with facility leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure safe, functional environments.
• Monitor and evaluate facility performance, maintenance workflows, and compliance standards.
• Travel extensively within the state to conduct on-site facility inspections and provide operational support.
