Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required; master's preferred.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong skills in data analysis, problem solving, and leading change.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of Lean/Operational Excellence strategies across the plant.
• Ensure processes align with corporate goals for operational excellence and Lean manufacturing.
• Conduct workshops, mentoring, and Kaizen events to build Lean capabilities.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and process evaluations.
• Develop KPIs and report progress to stakeholders; drive waste reduction and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, production, quality, and supply chain teams.
