Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in operational excellence, Lean manufacturing, or similar roles within a plant environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Implementation: Lead deployment of Lean/Operational Excellence strategies across the plant.
• Lean Methodology Deployment: Champion Lean principles—Waste Reduction, VSM, 5S, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma.
• Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities, schedule and execute Kaizen events, drive cost improvements.
• Change Management: Engage leadership to foster innovation and adaptability, manage resistance to change.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and present progress to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, production, quality, and supply chain.
