Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist for the PA Womelsdorf site to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.

The role focuses on implementing TMOS, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with leaders to optimize processes. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in manufacturing or supply chain, with strong analytics and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support change initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support site leadership and process owners in implementing and sustaining the TreeHouse Management Operating Structure (TMOS).
  • Act as a change agent, modeling behaviors aligned with TMOS.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators related to supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with continuous improvement leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Support execution of continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with replication of best practices across sites.
  • Utilize site data to support project prioritization, scope, and execution planning.
  • Assist in project review meetings by tracking progress and documenting results.
  • Conduct analysis of product and information flow to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Support training and coaching related to continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  • Contribute to plant-wide initiatives and operational strategies.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as needed.

Job Overview

Position: Operational Excellence Specialist (Supply Chain Continuous Improvement)
Location: PA Womelsdorf
Work Schedule: Full time, first shift Monday‑Friday with occasional flexibility for alternate shifts and weekends.

Important Details
