Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of power generation or industrial operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in power generation or related plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of power plant operations, maintenance practices, reliability principles.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive operational results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computerized maintenance/operations systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant operations to meet production, reliability, and performance objectives.
• Monitor plant performance, analyze operating trends, identify efficiency opportunities.
• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Coordinate outages with internal teams and contractors to maximize availability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations and maintenance personnel.
• Develop effective relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
