Job summary

CAMS is seeking an Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead all plant operations and maintenance activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and environmentally compliant generation.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will drive operational excellence, maximize equipment reliability, develop high-performing teams, oversee outages, and coordinate with vendors and contractors at the Sandersville, GA facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree with substantial operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership in power generation or industrial operations.
• Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily plant operations to meet production and reliability targets.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee outages, resource planning, and contractor coordination.
