This role emphasizes real hands-on leadership, exposure to plant operations, and opportunities to move into management. Expect night shifts, overtime, and weekend work as needed, with a stable, family‑owned company behind you.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy industry equipment and plant operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform maintenance.
• Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy‑duty plant equipment including dryers, conveyors, and bucket elevators.
• Troubleshoot issues before they escalate to avoid downtime.
• Perform inspections, repairs, and adjustments to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Run quality checks to ensure products meet top standards.
• Help improve plant performance, safety, and efficiency.
• Track production and maintenance KPIs and coordinate parts as needed.
• Assist with repairs, cleanup, and keeping operations moving smoothly.
• Jump in wherever needed to support teamwork.
