Job summary

Vertiv Corporation seeks a Plant Level MES Analyst to drive Ignition MES deployments and WMS/TMS IT implementations at the manufacturing plant level, coordinating with Operations and IT Infrastructure for sustained operations.

The role requires hands-on Ignition development, solution architecture skills, and strong experience with APS, WMS, TMS, and Oracle EBS integrations in a manufacturing/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing IT, MES, WMS, TMS, or industrial automation within a manufacturing/warehouse/logistics environment.
• Hands-on experience as SCADA/Ignition Developer with scripting (Python/Jython), tag configuration, HMI/SCADA screen development, alarming, historical data logging, and real-time dashboards.
• Experience as an Ignition Solution Architect designing plant-level gateway architecture, device connectivity, edge computing, and data flow per enterprise standards.
• Experience in WMS & TMS deployment from IT side and Oracle EBS integration for end-to-end data exchange.
• Strong knowledge of APS and integration with shop-floor/warehouse execution layers.

Responsibilities

• Execute Ignition MES deployment and configuration at plant level per global methodology.
• Lead WMS & TMS IT deployments at plant level, including configuration, workflows, and integration with shop-floor operations.
• Coordinate with Operations, ME/AME, vendors, and IT Infra for deployment readiness and go-live support.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Oracle EBS integration with Ignition MES, WMS, and TMS for real-time data exchange.
• Provide shop-floor coordination, training, and runbooks; ensure system uptime and performance post go-live.
