PKF-Mark III, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical (Plant) Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to supervise plant and pump station projects. You will lead multiple field crews and manage subcontractors, schedule, and safety on site.

The role demands strong planning, problem-solving, and QA/QC oversight with a focus on on-time delivery and safety. Local project work within 100 miles of Newtown, PA is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in heavy civil mechanical projects as a superintendent.
• Ability to lead field crews and manage subcontractors.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and safety focus.
• Proficient with MS Office and field documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to work on local projects within 100 miles of Newtown, PA.
• OSHA 10- or 30-Hour Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and direct subcontractors to complete tasks safely.
• Provide resources, tools, and materials for tasks and supervise progress.
• Monitor budget and schedule expectations and report weekly.
• Ensure QA/QC standards are met on all activities.
• Coordinate with project teams and respond to changing site conditions.
• Maintain submittals, paperwork, and material tracking.
• Support safety reporting and manpower planning.
