PKF-Mark III, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking experienced engineers with 5+ years in heavy construction to support water and wastewater projects, industrial electrical and facilities.

Ideal candidates have initiative, strong planning and problem-solving skills, and a proven commitment to safety. Responsibilities include coordinating submittals, drafting work plans, analyzing surveys and drawings, managing project costs with field teams, producing cost reports, inspecting sites, and processing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the mechanical/plant/electrical industry.
• Ability to meet fast-paced, changing schedules and priorities.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification required.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Local projects within 1-2 hours of the main office.

Responsabilidades

• Review, coordinate, submit, and track all project submittals.
• Write construction-work plans, including form/pour drawings and layouts.
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other data to plan projects.
• Manage project cost and performance with field personnel to track, control, and deliver results.
• Generate job cost reports for all projects involved.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
• Track and submit claims and changes in scope.
