Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong fundamental mechanical ability.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 20 feet.

Responsibilities

• Self-direct within a team structure to maintain plant equipment.
• Monitor, test and maintain Generators, Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boilers.
• Perform minor electrical installation and repairs.
• Perform mechanical repairs of equipment.
• Perform minor plumbing installation and repairs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to plant and equipment.
• Maintain departmental equipment and material inventory.
• Follow department policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergency codes.
• Participate in meetings and training.
• Display a positive customer service attitude and professional interactions.
